Option 1 Reserve the Wonder Room in the Discovery Barn for a two hour party! Two time slots are available: 10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm. Party reservations include up to 15 parking spaces, room for up to 25 guests, private use of the Wonder Room, and shared access to the Wildrock Playscape, Walking Labyrinth, Discovery Loop Trail. The rental fee is $250. A $75 deposit is required to hold a date, with the remainder due on the day of the event. Option 2 Reserve the Wildrock Pavilion for a two hour party! Two time slots are available: 10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm. Party reservations include up to 15 parking spaces, room for up to 35 guests, private use of the Wonder Room, and shared access to the Wildrock Playscape, Walking Labyrinth, Discovery Loop Trail. The rental fee is $250. A $75 deposit is required to hold a date, with the remainder due on the day of the event. Corporate or nonprofit rentals
Wildrock welcomes corporate, nonprofit, educational, and other groups to our facility for team-building, professional development, and employee wellness programs.
Wildrock works with a range of professionals skilled in leading group sessions on themes related to outdoor adventure games, contemplative experiences, and self-expressive experiences. We also lead professional development programs for educators and mental healthcare providers on incorporating nature play for health and happiness in their practices.
To reserve the entire playscape for exclusive use for corporate groups, contact us for scheduling and pricing. Sliding fees are available for nonprofit groups.
FAMILY GATHERINGS
Wildrock appeals to multi-generations making it an ideal setting for family reunions, anniversary celebrations, and parties. A limited number of weekends are available for exclusive day use of the space. Events may include catered food, acoustic music, and play on the playscape. Wildrock seeks to be a low-cost, eco-friendly alternative to traditional venues for simple, heart-centered events. Fees will help fund our outreach programs.
